Delivery time
How do I check the status of my shipment?
Log in to "my account" e click on "Order history" and details" to check information about your orders. When we send the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the progress.
When the order is processed?
The orders are processed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00-18:00 (GMT+1). The orders placed on Fridays after the 12:00 (GMT+1) are processed the following Monday.
In times of peak orders, shipping times may be delayed.
What is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped by Express Delivery.
- In Italy, the delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days after that the order is shipped.
- For all EU countries the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, after that the order is shipped.
- For all countries outside European Union, the delivery time is between 8 to 15 working days, after that the order is shipped. Except customs delays*.
*Attention: Purchases outside the CEE are shipped without DUTIES, the items can be stopped at customs for the payment of customs duties.
